A check calendar designed to help you steadily practice your goals in 35-day units, preventing objectives from being scattered or forgotten in the corner of a diary. How to use is simple. Write your desired goal—big or small—in the Objective section, then choose whether it's a goal to practice daily or on specific days of the week. Mark the 35 check boxes with colored pens or stickers, leave short notes, and at the end, count and record your successful days and missed days for reflection. Once you complete one sheet, simply move on to the next goal on a fresh page. Material: Natural beige paper 80g Size: 197 x 272mm (slightly smaller than A4) Quantity: 100 sheets Minor creases or wrinkles may occur during production and packaging, and small dots may appear due to printing characteristics.
